Zillionparts.com, Inc. is a parts listing service that brings together buyers and sellers of parts.  Information about a particular part is supplied by the seller, not Zillionparts.com, Inc. The price and other terms of any sale remain subject to direct negotiation between the buyer and seller.  The prices listed by the seller often exclude sales tax, freight, and any other fees.  Though we hope that all who come to Zillionparts.com, Inc. will act honorably and treat each other fairly, we can’t verify the information the sellers supply or guarantee the parts they offer.  Nor can we assure the seller of a part that the payment method he/she gets from the buyer will be good funds.  Zillionparts.com, Inc. is not involved in the actual transaction between the buyer and seller.

At any time if the part is sold, you the part listing owner need to go to My Account and delete the item off the website.  If after 6 months you would like to renew the part on the website for another 6 months at no additional charge, please go to My Account and click on the renew button for the desired part.  The part may be renewed 3 times for a maximum listing of two years.

HAS NO CONTROL OVER THE QUALITY, SAFETY OR LEGALITY OF THE ITEMS ADVERTISED, THE TRUTH OR ACCURACY OF THE LISTINGS, THE ABILITY OF THE SELLERS TO SELL ITEMS OR THE ABILITY OF BUYERS TO BUY ITEMS. WE CANNOT ENSURE THAT A BUYER OR SELLER WILL ACTUALLY COMPLETE A TRANSACTION.  YOU MUST LOOK TO THE SELLER FOR ANY REFUNDS, CREDITS, OR ADJUSTMENTS TO A TRANSACTION.
